Our Forever Free plan and free tool allowances let you evaluate HRTailor.AI before you pay, so please try the Services first to make sure they fit your needs.
1. Nature of Services
- Our services include digital products, SaaS tools, subscriptions, and prepaid AI credits.
- Access is usually granted immediately after payment.
- All purchases are non-returnable and non-revocable.
2. Strict No-Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-adjustable. Refunds will not be issued for:
- Dissatisfaction or change of mind
- Non-usage or user technical issues
- Account suspension for policy violations
- Offers, discounts, coupons, or credits
- Unused AI credits, whether from a plan allowance or a one-time top-up
- Failure to meet expectations or business outcomes
AI credits are a measure of usage, not money; they carry no cash value and are non-refundable, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
3. No Returns or Exchanges
- Digital services cannot be returned or exchanged.
- No payment reversals unless required by applicable law.
4. Subscription & Auto-Renewal
- You may disable auto-renewal anytime (if enabled).
- No refunds for the current subscription cycle.
- One-time purchases cannot be cancelled.
5. Payment Errors & Chargebacks
- Payments are processed via third-party gateways.
- Duplicate charges may be corrected with account credit or refund (if legally required).
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal recovery.
6. Service Interruptions
- No refund for downtime or maintenance.
- Goodwill credits may be issued at our discretion.
7. Taxes & Pricing
- Taxes are the user’s responsibility.
- Currency conversion fees are borne by the user.
- Prices may change without notice.
8. Compliance with Law
Nothing in this Policy overrides mandatory consumer rights.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service purchased.

We may update this Policy anytime. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of Republic of India. Courts in Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
