Simple pricing for job seekers and HR teams

Is there a free plan?

Yes. On the employer side the Free plan refreshes 35 credits (35,000 tokens) every month, with all 20+ tools on the basic AI model. Job seekers get 35 credits once when they sign up. No credit card to start.

What is a credit?

1 credit = 1,000 AI tokens. A short generation (a quick letter or answer) uses about 1-2 credits; a long, detailed document like a full policy can use 4-6. You always see your balance before you generate.

What happens when I run out of credits?

You can wait for your monthly refill, upgrade your plan, or buy a one-time top-up. Your plan's credits refill in full at the start of each billing month, they don't roll over, so unused plan credits are replaced rather than added to. Top-up credits are different: they never expire, they stack on top of your plan, and whatever you haven't spent carries straight into the next month.

Are credits shared across my team?

No, credits are per account. Each person on your plan holds their own credit balance, so one teammate's heavy week never drains another's. Seats control how many people can join your company account; credits are counted per person.

What counts towards document storage?

Files you upload, signed documents, offer letters, ID proofs and anything else you keep in the Vault. If you reach your limit nothing is deleted: you're asked to upgrade or clear space before uploading more. Downgrading never deletes files either; you keep full access to everything already there, and you simply cannot add more until you clear space or upgrade.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Paid plans renew via your chosen payment method and you can cancel or change your plan anytime, no lock-in. See our Refund Policy for details.

Is this one product or separate plans for candidates and companies?

One product. The job-seeker tools (resume, cover letter, LinkedIn) are free to use; the company plans add HR OS capacity, team size, seats and AI credits. There's no separate candidate subscription: just the Free plan plus an optional one-time Get-Hired Pack for footer-free resume downloads.

Which currency am I billed in?

Prices are shown in ₹ (INR) for India and $ (USD) elsewhere; the amounts are fixed per region.

What does the employee portal include?

Every plan includes the HR portal: an employee directory, self-service logins, leave & expense approvals, attendance clock-in, policies with acknowledgement tracking, announcements, a team calendar, surveys and exit interviews. Plans differ on how many employees you can manage.

What if my team grows past my plan's employee limit?

Upgrade to the next plan in one click, nothing is ever deleted. Beyond 150 employees, you likely need managed HR services: talk to TMS, our enterprise HR arm, for payroll outsourcing, EOR and compliance.

Are there limits on payroll runs and payslip emails?

Yes, each plan includes a generous monthly allowance for payroll runs and emailed payslips (shown on each plan). Payslips can always be downloaded for free even after the email allowance is used; the email cap simply protects deliverability for everyone. Uploads also have a per-file size limit (10 MB on Free, up to 50 MB on paid). These are fair-use limits to keep the platform fast and reliable, not something a normal HR team will hit.
